How Seller Payments Work
Learn how LeoSwap securely processes payments using Stripe Connect and protects both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction.
Stripe Connect Payment Processing
LeoSwap uses Stripe Connect, a secure payment platform, to process all transactions. This means you'll need to create a Stripe account to receive payments as a seller. Stripe is a trusted, industry-leading payment processor used by millions of businesses worldwide.
Your Stripe account is completely separate from LeoSwap and gives you direct access to your earnings, tax documents, and payment history through Stripe's secure dashboard.
How Payment Processing Works
Buyer Makes Purchase
When someone buys your item, they pay through our secure checkout process.
LeoSwap Holds Funds
We securely hold the payment until the item is delivered and the buyer confirms receipt.
Item Delivered & Accepted
Once the buyer receives and accepts the item, or the acceptance period expires, funds are released.
Payment to Your Account
Funds are automatically transferred to your Stripe account, minus LeoSwap's service fee.
