VaultVerify is LeoSwap's secure payment processing and escrow service that protects both buyers and sellers throughout every transaction.
When you pay with VaultVerify, your payment is held securely in escrow until you confirm delivery and satisfaction. Sellers only receive payment after you're happy with your purchase.
How VaultVerify Works
Buyer Places Order
When you checkout, your payment is processed securely through VaultVerify. Your funds are held in a secure escrow account, not released to the seller yet.
Seller Ships Item
The seller is notified of your purchase and prepares your item for shipping. They create a shipping label and send your package with tracking.
Buyer Confirms Delivery
Once your package arrives and you've inspected it, you confirm delivery in the app or on the website. You have 48 hours to report any issues.
Seller Gets Paid
After you confirm delivery (or 48 hours pass with no issues reported), the funds are released from escrow and the seller receives their payment. Everyone's protected!

When is my card charged?
Your payment method is charged immediately when you complete checkout. However, the funds are held in escrow and not released to the seller until you confirm delivery or 48 hours pass.
What payment methods does VaultVerify accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How long does the escrow hold last?
Funds are held in escrow from the moment of purchase until either:
- You confirm delivery and satisfaction, OR
- 48 hours pass after confirmed delivery with no issues reported
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
VaultVerify processes refunds for legitimate claims (item not as described, damaged, etc.). However, "change of mind" returns are not covered by the StickIt Guarantee. Check individual seller return policies for buyer's remorse situations.
Is the VaultVerify fee refundable?
If you receive a full refund for a transaction, the VaultVerify fee is also fully refunded. For partial refunds, the fee is prorated accordingly.
What happens if the package is lost in transit?
If tracking shows the package was lost or never delivered, your payment remains in escrow and you receive a full refund. Sellers are protected too - they only lose payment if they can't provide proof of shipment.
