Shipping Policy

Seller Shipping Timeline

Most sellers ship within a couple of days. However, sellers have up to 7 days from the purchase date to mail items and for tracking to update.

No Tracking Update?

If your order hasn't shipped or tracking hasn't updated after 7 days, you can request a refund. See the "Order Not Received" section below.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, packages typically arrive in 3-7 days. USPS may occasionally experience delays.

LeoSwap Shipping Labels

Sellers use prepaid shipping labels provided by LeoSwap. You can track your package directly in the app, and the order status will update to "Delivered" once it arrives.

Return Policy

At LeoSwap, we believe in fair and honest transactions. We trust both buyers and sellers to approach each purchase and listing responsibly.

For Sellers

Be as descriptive as possible when creating listings to avoid any issues.

For Buyers

Carefully review all photos, descriptions, and conditions. Ask questions before purchasing.

All Sales are Final

  • Once a purchase is made, all sales are generally final.
  • Pre-Shipment: Cancellation requests are at the seller's discretion.
  • Shipped Orders: Protected under LeoSwap Protection in specific scenarios.

When Can You File a Return Claim?

Order Not Received

You will receive a full refund if your order was not shipped or is officially deemed "lost or missing" by USPS.

  • Buyers must request a refund within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • If tracking shows "delivered" at the intended destination, contact your local post office and file a police report if theft is suspected.

Order Not As Described

If you receive an item that doesn't match its description or you received the wrong item, you may open a return claim.

How to file: Open a claim through the LeoSwap app by navigating to your order and selecting "Report a Problem". Include clear photos and detailed information about the issue.
Resolution: If approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Return Process: Items must be mailed back within 5 days. Items must be in original received condition.

Note on Sizing

Items listed as not having a size tag are NOT eligible for returns due to sizing issues. Ask for measurements before purchasing.

Not Satisfied?

If the item matches the listing but you're not satisfied, consider relisting it on LeoSwap - someone else in our community will love it!
